The PMP Individual-Intensive Course includes 14 sessions and 35 contact teaching hours. The teaching stage ends in early December. The next stage includes 5 mock exams with review and 2 individual sessions. Instruction is in Georgian. These figures describe the teaching provided.     Lecture Stage

    Weeks 1-7
    Online14 sessions

    14 sessions, 2.5 hours each, 35 contact hours in total. In the final session we prepare and submit the PMI application.

    Exam Preparation

    Weeks 8-17

    5 mock exams with review, 2 individual sessions and a weekly set of questions.

PMP eligibility

Under PMI's current requirements, PMP eligibility needs project management experience gained within the past 10 years: 60 months with a secondary diploma, 48 months with an associate or vocational qualification, 36 months with a bachelor's degree, or 24 months with a GAC-accredited degree. Overlapping months on parallel projects are not counted twice. You also need 35 training hours or an active CAPM certification. PMI's instructor-led training rules change on 1 December 2026. This course's teaching ends on or after that date. Acceptance of its hours under the new rules has not been confirmed. Contact PMA before enrolling if you need these hours to meet PMI's training requirement. The course completion certificate does not guarantee PMP eligibility.

Requirements and conditions

  • Prerequisite: knowledge of English to understand the English-language materials. Instruction is in Georgian.
  • PMP eligibility criteria depend on your education level. See the PMP eligibility section for details.
  • The 35-contact-hour certificate is issued upon completion of the lecture stage, attendance of 80% of the sessions, and full payment.

Since 2018 he has run projects and operational processes. He currently heads the Projects Department at SOCAR Georgia Petroleum. Before that he managed projects and portfolios in international development, B2B SaaS, logistics and e-commerce, including with international teams.

He is Associate Professor and Head of the Business Administration BA programme at International Black Sea University, teaching Advanced Project Management at MA level plus Organizational Change, Management and Logistics. He is also an invited lecturer at Tbilisi State University and Alte University. PMP certified. Joint MA in Public Administration from Tbilisi State University and the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer. PhD candidate in Economics at TSU.

The PMP exam changed in July 2026. Older materials can still help with core concepts, but preparation should be checked against the current Exam Content Outline. We use our own course materials.
