Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms govern the relationship between the Project Management Academy (hereinafter - the Academy) and the participant of a program, and apply to all programs of the Academy.
1.2. The individual terms of a specific program are indicated on its page. In case of inconsistency, the terms indicated on the program page take precedence.
1.3. By completing registration, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and the refund policy.

2. Registration and Enrolment
2.1. Registration takes place by completing the application on the pma.ge website.
2.2. Submitting an application does not mean enrolment in the program. The seat is reserved for 48 hours. Enrolment is confirmed after the first payment is made.
2.3. If the first payment is not made within 48 hours, the reservation is cancelled and the seat is released.
2.4. Some programs have a prerequisite - experience, education or language proficiency. This is indicated on the program page.
2.5. The Academy reserves the right not to enrol a candidate who does not meet the program's prerequisites. In such a case, the amount paid is refunded in full.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. The price of each program is indicated on its page and does not include VAT.
3.2. Payment is made in instalments, according to the schedule indicated on the program page.
3.3. The early registration price applies until the specified date. After this date, the full price applies.
3.4. In some programs, the price does not include third-party fees - certification body membership, exam fees, software licenses. This is explicitly indicated on the program page and does not constitute revenue of the Academy.
3.5. In case of a breach of the payment schedule, the participant's access to sessions and study materials is suspended until the debt is settled.
3.6. The Academy does not carry out forced collection of debt. Non-payment of the remaining amount means termination of the program by the participant.
4. Group Formation and Course Start
4.1. The program starts only if the minimum number of participants has registered.
4.2. If the group is not formed, the Academy will notify the participant no later than 5 days before the course start and offer a choice:
- Transfer to the next group while retaining the original price
- Full refund of the amount paid within 14 calendar days
4.3. The Academy may postpone the course start date by no more than 14 days. The participant will be notified of this in advance.
5. Study Materials
5.1. The materials included in the price are indicated on the program page.
5.2. Digital materials are available during the period the program runs, unless otherwise indicated on the program page.
5.3. If the program includes a physical material (book, textbook, workbook), it is not returnable once handed over, and its cost is deducted from any refundable amount.
6. The Learning Process
6.1. Sessions are held in the format, on the days and at the times indicated on the program page.
6.2. Attendance is not mandatory, although the result is directly dependent on it. A missed session is not compensated and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6.3. Recordings of sessions, if they exist, are available only to the participants of the group and only during the period the program runs.
6.4. If the program includes an assessment, a mock exam or a practical assignment, its conditions are indicated on the program page. Missing an assessment does not automatically grant the right to a retake.
7. Changing and Transferring Groups
7.1. A participant may move to another group if there is a free seat there and the request was made before the program starts. The transfer is free of charge.
7.2. After the program has started, transferring to another group is possible only with the Academy's consent and only if both groups are at the same stage.
7.3. A participant may reassign their registration to another person before the program starts, provided that person meets the program's prerequisites. The reassignment is free of charge and requires written notice.
7.4. Transferring to another program is possible before the program starts. Any price difference is refunded.
7.5. In case of discontinuing the program for health reasons or another justified cause, the Academy will consider the possibility of transferring to the next group. The decision is made individually and does not constitute an obligation of the Academy.
8. Certificate
8.1. The conditions for issuing a certificate are indicated on the page of each program.
8.2. In all cases, full payment of all instalments is required to receive a certificate.
8.3. The Academy does not guarantee employment or passing of any external exam. The program provides preparation; the exam or certification is undertaken by the participant independently, according to the rules of the relevant organization.
9. Rights of the Academy
9.1. The Academy reserves the right to:
- Change the date or time of a session, with prior notice
- Replace the lecturer with a person of relevant qualification
- Refine the syllabus, if this is caused by a change in industry standards or certification requirements
- Terminate a participant's participation in the event of unethical conduct towards other participants or unauthorized distribution of study materials
9.2. Changes provided for under clause 9.1 do not constitute grounds for a refund, except where the program does not take place at all.
9.3. Termination of participation on the basis of clause 9.1 does not give rise to a right to a refund.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All study materials, presentations, recordings, exercises and methodological materials are the property of the Academy.
10.2. Copying, distributing, sharing with third parties or commercial use of the materials without the written consent of the Academy is prohibited.
10.3. A book or software published by a third party remains the property of the respective rights holder.
11. Corporate Trainings
11.1. Corporate trainings are governed by a separately concluded agreement. These terms apply to any part not regulated by that agreement.
12. Personal Data
12.1. The Academy processes the participant's first name, last name, e-mail and phone number for the purpose of delivering the program.
12.2. Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
12.3. Advertising communications are received only on the basis of separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

13. Force Majeure
13.1. The Academy is not liable for failure to perform an obligation if this is caused by a circumstance beyond its control: natural disaster, military action, a decision of a state authority, prolonged failure of internet infrastructure.
13.2. In such a case, the program continues once the circumstance is resolved, or the participant is given the opportunity to transfer to the next group.
14. Disputes
14.1. The parties will attempt to resolve a dispute through negotiation.
14.2. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be considered in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
15. Amendment of the Terms
15.1. The Academy reserves the right to amend these terms. The amendment is published on the website and applies only to new registrations.
15.2. A participant already enrolled is governed by the edition in effect at the moment of their registration.
