About us
PMA - Practical Management Academy
PMA - Practical Management Academy. We teach the processes a company runs on every day: procurement, supply chain, contracts, budget and risk. The teaching comes from practice, not from a textbook.
Our approach
From the process, not the textbook
The course is built on how the process actually runs in a Georgian company, with the regulation and the constraints that exist here.
Practising lecturers
The lecturers head procurement, supply chain and management units across the pharmaceutical, medical, construction and energy sectors.
A concrete outcome
By the end you know how the process runs stage by stage, where risk appears, and at which stage money is lost.
