Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Mogveli LLC (identification code 400457741, legal address: 1 Tornike Eristavi Dead End, Apt. 107, Tbilisi, Georgia). PMA - Practical Management Academy is the company's brand, and the website pma.ge belongs to the company.

2. What data we process

  • Account and registration: first name, last name, email address, phone number.
  • Agreement acceptance: the time of acceptance, IP address and browser details (user agent).
  • Payments: instalments, the transfer reference and, when a company pays, the company name, identification code and contact person.
  • Learning: attendance and access to study materials.
  • Forms: the details entered in the corporate enquiry and course request forms, and the email address for newsletter subscriptions.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag run on public pages. They use cookies and record the pages viewed. These tools do not load on account or admin pages.

3. Why we use the data

  • Performing the study agreement: registration, payment records, invoicing, access to sessions and materials, the certificate.
  • Legal obligations: accounting and tax records.
  • Consent: marketing and newsletter emails. Consent can be withdrawn at any time from your profile page or with the link at the end of each email.
  • Improving the website and measuring advertising: analytics data.

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell data. It is processed in the systems of service providers acting on our instructions: website and database hosting (Lovable Cloud), email delivery (Mailgun), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Some of their servers are outside Georgia. A lecturer sees only the contact details and attendance of their own group and has no access to instalments. Data goes to a state authority only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep study and payment data while the agreement is in force and afterwards for as long as Georgian law requires for accounting and tax documents. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see your data, receive a copy, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing, and you can object to processing. Send your request to info@pma.ge. If you believe your rights have been breached, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

7. Changes
