The PMP Preparation Course is designed for participants who want to prepare for the PMP exam in an intensive format. The course includes 35 hours across 17 live sessions. Participants cover predictive, Agile and Hybrid approaches, scope, schedule, cost and risk management, team management, stakeholder engagement, change management and other core topics. Dedicated time is given to situational questions, recognizing predictive, Agile and Hybrid contexts, calculation-based questions and analyzing answer choices.
